My full review of the Anet A8 3D printer which I got from Gearbest to try out. I've not been paid though and I will not keep this printer (no use of it, and no space) I took the printer with me for our first part of the summer vacation. After unboxing/assembly I used the printer almost every day for about 1,5 weeks, printing both with PLA, PETG and PC. I have had the Printer up and running for about 3 weeks now, printing something interesting whenever I get the time. In this video I sit down and go over my results and discuss my first impressions of the printer. Basic Specs: Build Area: 220x220x200h Heated Aluminum Build Plate LCD2004 5 button Display Micro SD Slot for offline printing Acrylic Frame Filament cooling Prusa style printer with Cartesian coordinate system Pros: Price - It is one of the lowest costs kits available. Today I 3D printed my first piece ever using anet A8. I used World of Tanks Logo as my test Print. I think it came out well for a first print! Big thanks To Sam! First off it was well packaged and it went together without any problems I've seen people saying it takes 8 to 11 hours to build it. I had it built and printing in 3 and a half hours this is my first 3D printer so the speed in which I had it up and running was a surprise to me. So far it's knocking out some really good quality prints.
